About LIFE

The LIFE Center

The LIFE Center is a homelike and safe environment that includes areas for medical treatment and rehabilitation, personal care, dining and recreation.  Participants in the LIFE program may attend the LIFE Center, open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), between 1 and 5 days a week, depending upon their need.  Transportation will be provided, via specially equipped vans, to bring participants to and from the LIFE Center.

Please come visit the LIFE Center for a tour and learn more about this unique program that promotes independence and quality of life. We are located at 840 Fifth Avenue in Chambersburg, PA.
